"Fitment was decent, but come on"
I ordered a couple parts for my car and, to be fair, most of them fit the way they were supposed to. But one piece was just slightly off and I had to mess around with it way more than I should’ve. Like, it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it’s annoying when the fitment info makes it seem like it’ll be spot on and then you’re out there tweaking things just to make it work. Not the end of the world, but I really wish the details were more accurate.

I placed my first order with mamotorworks.com and the shipping was a lot slower than I expected. It took around two weeks to get to me, and I only got maybe one or two vague updates along the way. Not the best first experience, honestly.

"Return was such a hassle"
I tried to exchange a part and it was way more of a headache than it shouldve been. It took forever, I had to keep sending emails just to get updates, and the return shipping wasnt cheap either. Frustrating overall, I dont think I'll be ordering from here again

"Barely Any Options for My Car"
I went on mamotorworks.com hoping I’d have a decent amount of parts to choose from, but the selection for my car was weak.
A few categories had like one or two options, and then some of the parts I actually clicked on were either out of stock or not even close to what I was searching for. After a while I was just sitting there like, what a joke.
Maybe the site is better if you’ve got a more popular model, but for me it was disappointing. The site itself is fine, there just wasn’t much there for what I needed

I wanted to make sure I was ordering the right parts, but the site made that harder than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly, and the search results felt a little all over the place. I ended up clicking around a lot just to feel confident I was looking at the right item. A clearer search and faster pages would definitely make the whole experience more reassuring.

"Good value if you’re grabbing a few things"
I was kind of in a rush when I ordered, but the prices looked good overall. The only thing is the shipping can add up, so it’s a better deal for most parts if you’re buying enough to make it worth it

"Shipping cost was higher than expected"
I ordered a few parts and everything arrived just fine, so no complaints about the actual products. The only thing that threw me off was the shipping cost, which ended up being more than I expected and made the total feel a little less worth it. It feels like a preventable downside if there were cheaper shipping options at checkout. I’d probably still order from them again, but I do wish the final cost was a bit easier to swallow.

well... I ordered a few parts from Mid America Motorworks and I was happy with how everything arrived. The box was sturdy, not crushed or beat up, and the parts inside were wrapped with plenty of padding.
Nothing was rattling around or knocking into anything, which is always my biggest worry with car parts. It took a little while to unwrap everything, but I’d much rather deal with that than open the box and find broken pieces. Really solid job on the packaging.

"Backorder communication was really frustrating"
I ordered the parts expecting some kind of update, but I was never clearly told they were still on backorder. I don’t mind waiting if I know what’s going on, but the lack of communication was annoying.

I wasn’t expecting tech support to be all that helpful, but they actually got my issue sorted quickly. The person I talked to knew what they were doing and didn’t make it feel like a hassle, so it definitely went smoother than I thought it would.

The fit was okay, but the overall quality felt a little cheaper than I was hoping for lol. It works, just didn’t feel super sturdy.
